If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be in resalable condition and the refund does not include the cost of shipping.
Please note: We will not accept any merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. There will be no refunds for merchandise returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. If items are sent back more than 30 days from the purchase date, the items will not be returned to the sender unless we receive permission to charge for the return shipping expense.
Returning an order to Country Home Store is simple. There is no return form or authorization required. Just enclose something that tells us who you are (such as name, address, copy of order form, or order number).
